The X-Factor

Okay, this blog is about this NEW TV show named...... (drum roll)...... The X-Factor!!! It is an awesome show! Some of the stories of some people are sad. Like this guy. He just came out of rehab and he has a son. He wants his son to look up to him. He is an awesome singer! Another guy... he lives in his car and he has an amazing voice! A lady, one of her exes told her that she can never sing and she has two kids. And when she sang, it was like a professional singer singing! The winner can change EVERYTHING in their life. They get 5 million dollars! And guess what? Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul from American Idol are two of the four judges in the show! The other two are L.A. Reid and Cherryl. A guest judge was Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls! You should watch this show! It is really good!!

Hurricane Irene

Who survived the hurricane on Sunday??? I DID.. Hurricane Irene didn't do much to New York but it did do a lot to North Carolina. :( .... During the hurricane, 9 people died... :( R.I.P!! Not joking. It's very sad.. Once it hit North Carolina, it didn't do much. I know one of my friends, Neroli, has a summer house in North Carolina(hope Irene didn't do much damage to it!!!).....

Summer Places

In this blog, I am going to tell you some summer places where you can go and have fun! :)
The first place is Splish Splash! It has lots of rides that are really fun and it's a water park! It can help you be COOL in the SUMMER HOT AIR TEMPERATURE. There are some family rides, child rides, and there is one scary ride that was a bit fun! It was a slide that went straight down 50 feet! That gave me a wedgie... o.o .... NOT A PRETTY SIGHT! LOL! Or you can go to a local pool in you community! A pool in my community is Cantiague Park and i go there everyday because I am in the swim team! I got lots of sunburns! Another place is the movies. They have air conditioning and it can be entertaining other than staying at home. Speaking of movies, did you see the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2??!?! It was AN AWESOME MOVIE! The place that people don't like the most is the library because who wants to read in the summer?!? But some libraries have really strong air conditioning and it will cool you off and you can play on the computer there! Well, hope you guys go to either one of these suggestions to cool off! :)

Camping

Okay, so I went camping for 2 days(well, not really camping because we slept in a hotel) but we went to a water park in the Poconos and went canoeing. The waterpark was ok i guess but some of the rides was closed and i got a sunburn! The canoeing was fun but REALLY TIRING but WE GOT FIRST PLACE OUT OF 13 OTHER PEOPLE!! WE HAD TO CANOE FOR SEVEN MILES BUT IT SEEMED LIKE A LOT MORE!!

Sunscreen

This is going to be a short post. If your outside in the summer and the sun is out, WEAR SUNSCREEN! I already got 2 sunburns and it's only the beginning of the summer!

Good Songs

In this blog, I am going to tell you some songs that I love and like! One song I love is "On My Mind" by Cody Simpson. Even though he is 14, he has a deeper voice than Justin Bieber(sorry to the people that love him) who is 17. Another song I love is " Waiting Outside the Lines" by Greyson Chance! His voice is so unique and so powerful. "Last Friday Night" by Katy Perry is a song I like. The music video describes a party and Rebecca Black is in it.Another song that I also like is "The Edge Of Glory" by Lady Gaga! Who wouldn't like Lady Gaga's songs!?! LASTLY, A SONG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IS "NICE GUYS" BY KEVJUMBA, RYAN HIGA, AND CHESTER SEE!! IT IS A REALLY GOOD SONG AND A LOT OF PEOPLE LOVE IT! Well, I hope you guys check the songs out and hope you like them. :D

Tv Shows

Today, I am going to tell you about some TV shows that are good, and fun to watch. One show that I watch and absolutely LOVE is Switched at Birth. Switched at Birth is a TV show on ABC Family and it's on every Monday. It is about two girls that were born but their parents took home the other baby and 16 years later, Bay(one of the girls) was curious because she doesn't look like her parents. Another show I like is The Nine Lives Of Chloe King. I don't really know how to explain this show but it is a really good show that has fighting in it AND it also has drama. At last, the last show I watch and has been on TV for a long time is SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS!! It is a funny and a cartoon show. Well, I hope you check these shows out! :)
